Sleeps 12 in 6 bedrooms: sleeping accommodation includes 3 superking bedrooms (two have ensuites and these are located on the middle floor; one of these is also a ziplink superking bed so can potentially be made up as a twin room, as required).  On the top floor there is the third superking bedroom, 1 double bedroom plus 2 further twin bedrooms and a family bathroom.  There is also a shower room on the ground floor and an outdoor hot shower
